We met years ago, working side by side in the corporate world – formative years rich with growth, meaningful leadership, and achievements we’re proud of. After taking different paths, we reconnected with a shared desire: to channel all we had learned into something new.

We felt ready to serve others and create space for leadership that’s more human, sustainable, and connected.

With strong shared values – and equally strong differences that make us complementary – we decided to build Team Academy together. Our diversity is one of our greatest strengths, and something our clients experience directly: two perspectives, one aligned purpose.

Even in our most successful years, we witnessed the hidden costs of traditional success: pressure, disconnection, and performance at the expense of well-being.

Through coaching, presence, and emotional intelligence, we discovered another way – rooted in balance, inner clarity, and collective transformation. We exist to empower modern leaders to lead from within and build resilient, high-performing teams.
